The Next Biggest Thing

The next big thing in sustainable product design is making food products that are not so energy intensive and also do not have manufacturing processes that are so polluting. Much of modern industrial agriculture, especially the meat industry, is extremely harmful to the environment and uses excessive amounts of energy. Making these practices cleaner will be an important step for a more circular economy.
